Western Herd have emerged as one of the leading Irish craft breweries, that more and more whiskey fans have exploring, as a accompaniment to their wee drop of an evening. Bridger is a brewing hobbyist who stumbled into his local brewery, after moving from the US to Clare, and managed to convince the owners he knew what he was talking about. He does. He has been driving beer and stout innovations ever since.
