I sat down for a chat with Ger Buckley, Head Cooper with Irish
Distillers and Midleton Distillery in Cork, Ireland. I visited him
in his historic cooperage amongst all the barrels, staves, hoops,
tools, dust and history that are everywhere. Heaven!
