Mike and Peter were in Cork for the launch of Cork Whiskey Society's inaugural Exclusive Bottling, Lough Ree Sheares St. While they were knocking about my way, I said it would be a travesty if I didn't catch them for a chat, so i did. We met up in the back bar of the Imperial Hotel and I had a ball finding out all about the Lough Ree project.
