Join me for My Chat with Eva O'Doherty, Head Distiller in the Micro-Distillery in Midleton Distillery. I strolled around the micro distillery with Eva for a morning and really got the VIP tour, asking all about the Method & Madness innovations that go on in the micro distillery.
