Distillery.
I made the long pilgrimage from Cork to Co. Down and visited
Brendan at the smallest distillery in Ireland. He gave me a
personal tour of his maturation warehouse, boutique distillery,
fermentation yard, malting house and his office... but don't worry,
they're all within 10ft of each other. I had a blast, have a listen
in.
My drop of the day was.....warm poitin, straight from the spout and
newly barreled non-GI compliant peated Pot Still!
