Max and Grace hosted me in Dalton's Grain Mill in Kilkenny, where
Waterford Whisky's Mark Rainier stores his single farm origin
barley in The Cathedral, the specially customised grain warehouse.
Here, all the grains for Waterford's Single Malt are stored in
separate bays, ready to be distilled.
