Join me for My Chat with Maurice O'Connell who founded The Liberator whiskey from his gorgeous home in Lakeiew estate on the outskirts of Killarney. He welcomed myself and my 3 buddies for a tour of his manor house and dunnage warehouse, where he has plenty of tasty barrels slumbering away for us in the future.
