Join me for My Chat with Peter Mulryan in Blackwater Distillery in Ballyduff Upper on the Cork/Waterford border. An absolutely beautiful part of the country, up against the Blackwater river. I called down to check out the distillery and found out more Peter's Blackwater project. I wasn't dissapointed.
